St. Gabriel the Archangel catholic church and the Sacred Heart chapel in Carville, LA in the Diocese of Baton Rouge are some of the most historic church sites in Louisiana. Serving the St. Gabriel, Carville and Greater Baton Rouge areas, our faith community is deeply rooted in its rich 250 year history. Our parish offers many opportunities for spiritual growth and Christian formation.
